Welcome to the IUSCA Accredited International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (aISCP) certification. This is a formal qualification that certifies higher level competencies within the domain of strength and conditioning (S&C). Widely recognized as the 'international standard' in S&C certification, Level 6 is the standard required for working within a professional or elite sports performance setting (equivalent to CSCS, ASCC, or ASCA L3).

Accreditation by the IUSCA recognises and supports the advancement of skills and education in Strength and Conditioning (S&C). The IUSCA Accreditation program has established a profile of skills that employers will be able to recognise in coaches and practitioners with IUSCA accreditation.
 
These qualities include:

​- The ability to utilise scientific thinking in a variety of contexts
- Breadth and depth of knowledge within S&C
- The ability to write and communicate with clarity and effectiveness
- Demonstrated technical abilities
- Significant experience as a practitioner (2 years’ full-time)
- The ability to review and evaluate their own and others' practice and performance

Assessment for Accreditation involves:

- Degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years' full-time experience within S&C
- Completion and maintenance of a comprehensive portfolio of experience and reflections
- Reference from a senior level coach or administrator 
- Video Assessment

Satisfactory completion of the assessment criteria will result in the candidate being awarded a title of Accredited International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (aISCP).
