Ser una organizaciĆ³n lĆ­der mundial, dedicada al desarrollo de la profesiĆ³n de Fuerza y Acondicionamiento (S&C) dentro del sector universitario. 

Sobre nosotros _

La AsociaciĆ³n Internacional de Fuerza y Acondicionamiento de Universidades (IUSCA) es una empresa sin fines de lucro, fundada en 2019. La IUSCA se ha desarrollado para apoyar el Ć”rea creciente de fuerza y acondicionamiento (S&C) en todo el mundo.

MisiĆ³n

  • Publicar investigaciones y otros recursos educativos, para el mejoramiento del sector universitario de S&C

  • Para facilitar la prestaciĆ³n de apoyo de S&C de alta calidad, optimizando la salud y el bienestar de los estudiantes-atletas, en todas las universidades, al adherirse a las pautas de mejores prĆ”cticas.

  • Proporcionar pautas para pasantĆ­as y otros programas de apoyo.

  • Trabajar por el justo reconocimiento y remuneraciĆ³n de la profesiĆ³n S&C dentro del sector universitario

  • Facilitar la transferencia de conocimiento entre instituciones, su personal, estudiantes y compaƱeros profesionales, a travĆ©s del desarrollo de talleres, conferencias y otros eventos de networking.

The mISCP is extremely important as our profession is not domestic, but rather transcontinental. As Practitioners from all continents, we are all working in the Human Performance profession and face similar challenges and successes.
