About the Event

An IUSCA Free Webinar delivered by Jonathan Lynch, Director of Sports Performance at the University of Maine. Including a discussion on Testing and Exercise Prescription for Stress Management, followed by a Q&A.

Jon Lynch is entering his third year at the University of Maine, where he serves as the Director of Sports Performance.  Lynch is directly responsible for the performance training of football, and oversees all aspects of the university’s sports performance program.   Before arriving at the University of Maine, Lynch worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Northeastern University assisting with Men’s Ice Hockey as well as other sports.  Prior to this, he received his MS as a graduate assistant at Central Connecticut State University while responsible for working with Football, Men and Women’s Soccer, Men and Women’s Golf, Thrower’s and Distance programs.  Lynch also has sports performance experience working with Division 1 collegiate athletics at…
