About the Event

Tom Gee, Programme Leader for the BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning in Sport at the University of Lincoln, will present an open webinar on how to "Incorporating experiential S&C coaching opportunities within an IUSCA accredited degree  (mISCP Inauguration Presentation)." This will include a Q&A. 

Dr Tom Gee is a Senior Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Lincoln and programme leader of BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning in Sport, which was the first University degree programme to achieve IUSCA accreditation. He gained his PhD in 2012 from Northumbria University, titled ‘Recovery of Muscle Function following Strength Training in Rowers’. He has a total of 23 peer-reviewed journal publications and has been lead supervisor of successful students at both PhD and Masters by Research level. His current research interests include the longitudinal fitness profiling of international age group basketball players and weight cutting practices of combat and strength athletes.…
