The IUSCA IQF Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is the highest level of professional qualification available within the performance sector. The Level 8 Diploma is designed for all those within sport currently working at, or seeking to advance into, a leadership or management role. This is particularly of relevance to Strength & Conditioning Coaches and practitioners who are interested in moving into a Performance Director or Athletic Director type role. You will learn about all aspects of leadership and management, including key advice and actionable steps to implement within your day-to-day work. It will also provide a successful action plan for gaining employment within a leadership role. This course is rated at Level 8 on the International Qualification Framework (IQF), which is professionally aligned to doctorate level learning.
