About Master Accreditation
Welcome to the IUSCA Master International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (mISCP) certification. This is a formal qualification that certifies the highest levels of competencies within the domain of strength and conditioning (S&C). This Master distinction is reserved for the most experienced and respected practitioners within the field of S&C and Sports Performance.
To be eligible for the mISCP Accreditation you must have: -
a minimum of 10 years' experience in a full-time position (or equivalent) in an S&C, Sports Performance, Sports Science, Researcher, Lecturer, Professor, etc., role.
have collated a comprehensive Portfolio of experience, accomplishments, and evidence of continual professional development (CPD)
have references available from two coaches/practitioners/administrators
Once you have met these minimum requirements, you will then be asked to present an open webinar for the IUSCA community, covering a topic of your choice.
A final component of the mISCP process is to then attend an online meeting with an IUSCA panel for a discussion regarding your philosophies and achievements.
Satisfactory completion of the course will result in the candidate being awarded a title of Master International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (mISCP).
