The mISCP distinction is the highest accreditation available within S&C and Sports Performance. It recognises practitioners with over a decade of professional experience, who are operating at the highest levels of sport.

Andrew Langford, Director of the IUSCA, London, UK

About Master Accreditation

Welcome to the IUSCA Master International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (mISCP) certification. This is a formal qualification that certifies the highest levels of competencies within the domain of strength and conditioning (S&C). This Master distinction is reserved for the most experienced and respected practitioners within the field of S&C and Sports Performance.

To be eligible for the mISCP Accreditation you must have: -

  • a minimum of 10 years' experience in a full-time position (or equivalent) in an S&C, Sports Performance, Sports Science, Researcher, Lecturer, Professor, etc., role.

  • have collated a comprehensive Portfolio of experience, accomplishments, and evidence of continual professional development (CPD)

  • have references available from two coaches/practitioners/administrators

Once you have met these minimum requirements, you will then be asked to present an open webinar for the IUSCA community, covering a topic of your choice.

A final component of the mISCP process is to then attend an online meeting with an IUSCA panel for a discussion regarding your philosophies and achievements.

Satisfactory completion of the course will result in the candidate being awarded a title of Master International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (mISCP).
