With a background in performance sport as a nutritionist, tennis player and coach, Nic is passionate about helping athletes take control of their nutrition habits to achieve and sustain personal health and performance goals.
Since graduating in 2021 with a MSc in Sport & Exercise Nutrition, Nic has enjoyed engaging with a range of players, clubs and associations across a variety of sports: Castleford Tigers RLFC, Teesside University Sport Scholars and Cultiv8 Tennis Academy players to name a few.
