Alex is the founder of the Strength and Conditioning Academy, which provides education and consultancy support in both technical and non-technical practitioner and leadership skills domestically and internationally.


Alex consults widely for National Olympic Committees, Premier League football clubs, national coaching federations and governing bodies. Alex works with Olympic, professional, and national sports organisations to deliver in-depth reviews of performance, culture, and operations.


Through large-scale data collection and proprietary AI methods that distil clarity from complexity which provides sharp insight, challenging assumptions, and facilitating the strategic design of future practice.
