About the Event

Chris Jurek, Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning for Football at San Diego State University, will be delivering a webinar on "Training with Injury Modifications". This will include a Q&A session at the end. 

Chris Jurek, who is in his 8th cumulative year at San Diego State University, is the Assistant Director of Strength & Conditioning for Football.

He worked previously at Southeastern Louisiana University, from 2021-2022, where he transitioned from the Head Men's & Women's Basketball, Indoor & Beach Volleyball strength coach to the Director of Strength & Conditioning for Football and Baseball.

Prior to SLU Chris spent 3 1/2 years at the University of Maryland and worked under MSCC Rick Court as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for Football.
