Dr. Christopher Holland | The Game’s Afoot: Understanding Ankle Injuries for S&C Coaches

Dr. Christopher Holland, Head of Department at the University of Worcester and Chair of the Society of Sports Therapists, will be delivering a live webinar, discussing key aspects of ankle injuries that are relevant for S&C coaches. This will include a Q&A at the end.

Dr Christopher Holland is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Graduate Sports Therapist with over 20 years’ experience in elite sport, rehabilitation, and academia. Currently Head of Department at the University of Worcester and Chair of the Society of Sports Therapists, his PhD in Applied Sport and Exercise Science focused on chronic ankle instability.

Christopher brings a unique dual perspective on performance and injury, making him ideally placed to guide S&C coaches in understanding and managing ankle injuries.

This webinar also serves as Christopher's inauguration as a Master International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (mISCP) with the IUSCA.
