Establish systems for monitoring wellness, workload, injury and readiness and communicate evidence-informed recommendations to coaching and medical staff. IUSCA IQF Classification

Level 7. Holds strategic and operational accountability for first-team women’s medical, physical development, rehabilitation, monitoring and performance services, including line management and professional development of departmental staff. Leads annual performance planning, integrated reporting, return-to-play processes and multidisciplinary standards. This advanced programme-level leadership supports Level 7 rather than organisation-wide Level 8 governance. The employer requires an undergraduate degree and professional accreditation from a recognised body (examples: UKSCA, NSCA-CSCS or BASES); a master’s degree is preferred by the employer but essential for the IUSCA Level 7 certification pathway.
