Salary and Role Alignment

Amber. The USD $13,500 stipend for a fellowship lasting up to 18 weeks appears somewhat modest relative to the coaching contribution and possible travel demands, although supervised development, mentoring and approved travel expenses add value. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in an Amber rating. Weekly hours and any housing support are not stated, so the effective hourly compensation cannot be established reliably.

IUSCA Alignment Statement
