Job Summary

This role leads the physical performance provision across Norwich City Football Club’s Academy and Women’s teams. The post holder is responsible for designing, leading, and delivering a physical performance framework that integrates physical preparation, performance science, and performance nutrition. The role includes developing aligned training methods, athletic development standards, and individual development plans, using performance data to optimise readiness, recovery, injury prevention, and coach-facing recommendations. It also includes leadership of a multidisciplinary team, practitioner development, departmental operations, testing, budget management, SOP governance, and performance system improvement.
