Job Summary
Lead physical development delivery for Bath Rugby Academy players across the Foundation and Development stages, including profiling, long-term planning, individualised programming, gym and field coaching, workload monitoring, rehabilitation support and coordination with schools, clubs and pathway partners.

This role aligns with IQF Level 6 because it requires autonomous planning, programming, profiling and monitoring of academy players, including individualised physical development, GPS and athlete monitoring, growth and maturation considerations, rehabilitation and return-to-play support, and leadership of physical performance delivery within the Bath Rugby and Beechen Cliff School partnership. A relevant BSc is essential.
