IUSCA IQF Classification
Level 6. Independently develops and manages academy performance-data systems, dashboards, athlete profiling, growth and maturation reports, GPS and workload analytics within the direction of the Lead Physical Performance Scientist. Produces applied scientific insights for coaches, physical development and rehabilitation staff, but does not have confirmed staff-management authority. The employer requires a relevant BSc and CASES accreditation, or the ability to achieve it within twelve months. Casual status and supervision do not by themselves reduce the technical complexity of the defined analytical function.
Associated IUSCA IQF Certification
IUSCA IQF Level 6 Accredited International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (aISCP)
Salary and Role Alignment
Grey. The casual hourly rate is not disclosed, so salary alignment cannot be fully assessed. IUSCA Indicative Minimum Salary Benchmark: £30 per hour plus applicable holiday pay, reflecting Level 6 specialist data analysis, monitoring, academy scientific judgement and irregular casual working arrangements. This is an indicative minimum rather than an employer-advertised rate; actual preparation, reporting and travel hours should be remunerated.
