This role aligns with IQF Level 4 because it delivers within an established Academy performance framework, primarily supporting the U16 programme and leading U17 S&C delivery while collaborating with the wider performance team. Responsibilities include programme delivery, testing and monitoring, rehabilitation support and long-term athletic development, but the advert does not indicate independent responsibility for the Academy-wide physical development system. A degree is not essential and professional S&C accreditation is desirable rather than mandatory.
