Level 4. Delivers and adapts individual physical development programmes under the oversight of the Head Affiliate S&C Coach and Physical Development leadership. Leads defined warm-ups, sprint work and conditioning and collects workload, testing and performance data using established organisational protocols. The employer requires a relevant bachelor's degree and NSCA-CSCS; the mandatory degree exceeds the normal IUSCA academic requirement for the supervised Level 4 scope. The job title and explicit supervision support Level 4 despite the degree expectation.

Salary and Role Alignment
Green. The advertised USD $60,000 annual salary appears broadly aligned with a supervised Level 4 assistant role and the listed benefits, although the required degree and NSCA-CSCS exceed typical Level 4 entry expectations. The full seasonal workload and any travel arrangements could materially affect effective remuneration. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Green rating.
