IUSCA IQF Classification

Level 4. Supports and adapts physical preparation under the direction of senior Applied Science and S&C practitioners, assisting with athlete-specific programming, testing and monitoring. Works within an established interdisciplinary framework rather than taking final accountability for sport-wide programmes or staff. The accessible vacancy does not establish a specific named professional certification requirement, so none has been inferred. Any degree expectation should be assessed against the supervised Level 4 role rather than used to inflate the classification.

Salary and Role Alignment

Green. The advertised USD $58,000 to $62,000 salary appears appropriately aligned with supervised Level 4 technical delivery in a national high-performance environment. The 10% target annual incentive and benefits improve the package, although non-standard hours and competition commitments should be confirmed. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Green rating.
