Job Summary

Provide strength and conditioning support to assigned University of Oregon sports, including individualised programme design, implementation and monitoring across strength, speed, conditioning and flexibility within a Big Ten high-performance environment.

This role aligns with IQF Level 6 due to autonomous responsibility for developing and implementing individualised strength, conditioning, speed and flexibility programmes for assigned NCAA Division I athletes. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, CSCS or SCCC certification, strategic planning and monitoring experience, and at least three years of full-time collegiate or professional strength and conditioning experience.

Salary and Role Alignment
