Level 6. The coach plans and adapts physical-development programmes across academy athletes, schools, clubs and contracted programmes, leads day-to-day delivery and analyses testing and monitoring data for the General Manager, Board and stakeholders. The remit indicates substantial programme autonomy under general managerial oversight, without formal staff leadership. Employer certification requirements: ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and ASCA PCAS Associate Coach; a relevant degree is desirable rather than essential, below the normal IUSCA academic expectation for Level 6.
Associated IUSCA IQF Certification
IUSCA IQF Level 6 Accredited International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (aISCP)

Grey. Salary is undisclosed, so alignment cannot be fully assessed under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology. IUSCA Indicative Minimum Salary Benchmark: AUD $55 per hour plus superannuation for casual work, inclusive of an allowance for the irregular engagement pattern.
