IUSCA IQF Classification
Level 4. Coaches deliver supplied warm-up, speed, agility and conditioning programmes for local and sub-elite Australian Rules football teams under the mentoring and programme direction of the Head of High Performance. Limited independent programme design and no staff or system responsibility indicate Level 4. The advert lists a bachelor's degree and/or relevant S&C qualifications, and its essential-criteria checklist includes a degree and Certificate III/IV in Fitness; an essential degree would be disproportionate for the assessed Level 4 delivery scope. No named professional S&C certification body is specified.

IUSCA Indicative Minimum Salary Benchmark: AUD $40 per hour plus superannuation for casual delivery, subject to applicable award minima and casual loading.
