Job Summary
This role leads the evolution of British Rowing’s world-leading Performance Programme, with a particular focus on shaping the cultural environment of the GB Rowing Team. The post holder is expected to help create an environment where athletes and staff thrive, while recognising culture as a central part of athlete development, coach effectiveness, innovation, and medal outcomes. The role requires senior leadership across elite sport systems, coaching, sport science, medicine, technology, talent pathways, stakeholder management, governance, and high-pressure performance environments.
