Level 6. Reports to the Head Coach and coordinates purchasing with football operations; the advert does not establish direct staff management or wider organisational professional governance. A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred rather than essential, and no named S&C certification is required.

Associated IUSCA IQF Certification

IUSCA IQF Level 6 Accredited International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (aISCP)

Salary and Role Alignment

Red. The advertised USD $55,000 to $75,000 appears materially below the level indicated by autonomous Level 6 responsibility for a professional first-team programme, year-round match and travel demands, scientific monitoring, rehabilitation integration and operational budget accountability. The absence of formal staff management limits the IQF classification despite the Director title. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Red rating.

IUSCA Alignment Statement

This role has been classified by IUSCA using publicly available information at the time of review and the published IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology. The IQF classification, salary alignment assessment and associated IUSCA IQF certification represent IUSCA's assessment of the advertised role. They do not alter or replace the employer's stated qualification, certification or eligibility requirements and do not imply employer endorsement, approval of, or affiliation with IUSCA.
