Job Summary
Lead physical development across the Washington Nationals' Major League and Minor League system, overseeing strength and conditioning, rehabilitation strength and conditioning and nutrition. Responsibilities include organisational strategy, staff development, programming standards, testing and monitoring, return-to-performance integration, data-informed decision-making, staffing, budgets and resource planning.

This role aligns with IQF Level 7 because it establishes and governs the organisation-wide physical development vision across Major League and Minor League strength and conditioning, rehabilitation strength and conditioning and nutrition. It leads and develops staff, establishes organisational standards, integrates multiple professional disciplines, manages staffing and budgets, oversees performance and rehabilitation systems and contributes to organisational leadership and strategic player-development decisions.
