Red. The advertised £13.50 hourly rate appears materially below the level indicated by the programme-design, testing, athlete-development and qualification expectations, particularly if preparation and administration are not separately paid. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Red rating. The short zero-hours arrangement should also be considered when comparing it with salaried posts.
