IUSCA IQF Classification
Level 2. The role involves supervised delivery of fitness and introductory strength and conditioning sessions within established programmes, procedures and facility standards. The instructor may demonstrate exercises, coach fundamental movement and resistance-training techniques, supervise safe use of equipment and support participant progression, but does not hold autonomous responsibility for programme design, complex athlete assessment or performance decision-making. The strength and conditioning speciality reflects the context of delivery rather than practitioner-level autonomy.
