Job Summary
This role leads the development and ongoing improvement of Snow Australia’s national athlete development system, supporting the pathway from emerging talent through to high performance. The post holder is responsible for building a connected, evidence-based, and athlete-centred development framework across Olympic and Paralympic snowsport disciplines. The role works closely with coaches, discipline leaders, national institute partners, the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia, National Institute Network partners, National Discipline Committees, and other key performance stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned pathway practice.
