Job Summary
This role leads Wales Netball’s high-performance strategy and performance pathway, with responsibility for shaping the organisation’s performance vision towards 2030 and beyond. The post holder will lead and develop a sustainable high-performance environment, oversee a new pathway structure from U17s through to the Welsh Feathers, contribute to major competition qualification strategy, manage key performance staff, report to the CEO and Board, strengthen partnerships, and support athlete development, governance, safeguarding, anti-doping, and performance impact measurement.
