Job Summary
Lead the strategic and operational delivery of physical performance and nutrition across Welsh Rugby, including national teams and player pathways. Responsibilities include establishing system-wide performance standards, leading practitioners, integrating coaching, medical and performance services, directing monitoring and technology projects, supporting international player development, and contributing directly to senior international team preparation.
