Job Summary
This role leads strength and conditioning provision for Bryn Mawr College’s varsity athletics teams while also directing the college fitness centre. The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering S&C programmes, teaching lifting, movement, running, and SAQ technique, coordinating with coaches and athletic trainers, developing short and long-term goals for athletes and teams, and supervising the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. The Fitness Center Director component includes overseeing facility operations, recruiting and supervising student workers, coordinating Fit Club programming, managing instructor scheduling, maintaining the fitness centre calendar and webpage, developing policies, overseeing memberships, supporting summer programming, and managing the fitness centre operating budget.
