IUSCA IQF Classification
Level 6. The practitioner leads and develops a defined physical-performance programme across Everton Women's First Team and Academy, with responsibility for strength and conditioning strategy, field conditioning, recovery, sport science and pre-habilitation. The advert does not establish direct staff management, departmental governance or responsibility for other practitioners' decision quality, so Level 6 is more appropriate than Level 7. The employer also lists an MSc in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning or equivalent as essential, which is above the normal IUSCA academic threshold for a Level 6 role.
Associated IUSCA IQF Certification
IUSCA IQF Level 6 Accredited International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (aISCP)
Salary and Role Alignment
Grey. The advertised salary is not disclosed, so salary alignment cannot be fully assessed under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology. The role carries broad Level 6 lead-practitioner responsibility across first-team and academy physical performance, alongside relatively high qualification and certification expectations. IUSCA Indicative Minimum Salary Benchmark: £45,000 per year. This benchmark reflects the breadth of the role, the professional football setting and lead-practitioner status while recognising that the advert does not establish the staff-management or department-wide strategic accountability associated with Level 7.

The IQF classification, salary alignment assessment and associated IUSCA IQF certification represent IUSCA's assessment of the advertised role.
