Salary and Role Alignment

Grey. Salary is not disclosed, so full salary and role alignment cannot be assessed. IUSCA recommended minimum salary: £55,000 per year

This minimum recommendation reflects the Level 7 classification, the lead S&C role within a first-class county cricket environment, staff management, interdisciplinary responsibility, professional and academy player support, quality management, ECB compliance duties, and the requirement for substantial experience in elite or professional sport.
