IUSCA IQF Classification

The coach assists established senior S&C staff with U15 and U16 gym sessions and leads defined field-based warm-ups, speed, agility and conditioning delivery under the Lead Men's Youth S&C and Head S&C Coach. Progression to leading strength and power programming is developmental rather than an immediate autonomous responsibility. The employer requires a BSc or equivalent in Sport Science and/or S&C, which exceeds the normal IUSCA academic requirement for a Level 4 role. No named professional certification body is specified.

Salary and Role Alignment

Grey. Salary is undisclosed, so salary alignment cannot be fully assessed under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology. IUSCA Indicative Minimum Salary Benchmark: £25 per hour for the six scheduled hours per week, with paid preparation and travel terms to be clarified.
