IUSCA IQF Classification
Level 6. Independently administers and adapts the Low-A affiliate's strength, speed, power and conditioning programme within organisational standards, using periodisation, force and movement testing, Catapult workload data and individual player development plans. The role is accountable for a defined professional baseball cohort and works with medical, pitching and performance staff without wider personnel-management responsibility. Employer certification requirement: current NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, plus at least two years of coaching experience, is required; a master's is preferred.
Associated IUSCA IQF Certification

Salary and Role Alignment
Red. The advertised salary of USD $48,000 appears materially below the level indicated relative to the role's autonomous Level 6 responsibilities, professional baseball environment, NSCA-CSCS requirement, scientific monitoring duties and potentially six- or seven-day playing-season schedule with substantial travel. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Red rating. The advertised exempt status and variable seasonal hours strengthen the concern; actual annual working hours and benefits should be verified.
