Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the physical performance programme across the Dragons' NRLW and Female Pathways environments, providing strategic leadership across S&C, sport science and rehabilitation. The role oversees physical development, testing, athlete monitoring, load management, return-to-performance and progression between pathway and senior programmes.
