Green. The advertised salary of £40,000 to £45,000 appears appropriately aligned relative to the role's Level 6 autonomy, responsibility, experience expectations and defined national talent-pathway scope. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Green rating. The range recognises autonomous programme design, athlete profiling, diagnostics and multidisciplinary responsibility without the broader staff-management or strategic accountability expected at Level 7.
