Salary and Role Alignment
Red. The advertised £25,000 appears materially below the level indicated by independent Level 6 programming across multiple pathway cohorts, physical testing, workload monitoring, rehabilitation collaboration and an essential scientific degree. The £1,000 CPD allowance, healthcare and pension add value but do not fully offset the modest base salary. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Red rating.
