Job Summary
Deliver strength, speed, power, movement and conditioning support for Gotham FC's first-team players. Collaborate on team and individual physical-development programming while taking ownership of approved supplemental work for selected players. Work with physical therapists and performance scientists on rehabilitation transitions, testing and use of GPS and player-profile data. Document athlete responses, adjust approved plans and communicate with coaching and medical colleagues. Support travel, match-day preparation, equipment readiness and selected performance-improvement projects.
IUSCA IQF Classification
Level 6. Leads first-team gym and field coaching, owns approved supplemental plans for defined player groups and applies performance testing and GPS information to individual programming. Works within the Director of Human Performance's strategy and established medical and rehabilitation protocols, without demonstrated departmental staff management or wider strategic accountability. IUSCA accreditation preferred.

IUSCA IQF Level 6 Accredited International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (aISCP)
Salary and Role Alignment
Green. The advertised salary of USD $100,000 to $120,000 appears appropriately aligned relative to autonomous first-team delivery, individual programme responsibility, multidisciplinary rehabilitation work and specialist performance-data use. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Green rating. Extensive travel and variable hours should be considered when evaluating the overall package.
