IUSCA IQF Classification
Level 7. Leads the World Class Programme’s long-term performance strategy, athlete pathway and multidisciplinary workforce through the Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032 Paralympic cycles. Reports to the CEO, contributes to wider organisational priorities and is accountable for complex performance decisions, partnerships and resource allocation. The remit is a defined national sport programme rather than IQF field-level governance, so Level 7 is the more defensible classification. No specific S&C certification or essential master’s degree is confirmed in the accessible advert; an appropriate master’s remains required for IUSCA Level 7 certification.
Associated IUSCA IQF Certification
IUSCA IQF Level 7 Accredited International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner (aISCP*m)
Salary and Role Alignment
Green. The advertised salary of circa £75,000 appears broadly aligned with Level 7 national-programme strategy, multidisciplinary leadership, athlete-pathway accountability and high-level stakeholder and resource responsibilities. The precise budget, team size and travel demands should be verified when considering the total package. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Green rating.
