Salary and Role Alignment
Amber. The advertised £28,592 to £31,861 appears somewhat modest relative to Level 6 autonomy in university performance-sport delivery, coordination of athlete-data systems and mentoring responsibilities. The salary may be more defensible if programming decisions are closely supervised and university benefits are substantial. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in an Amber rating.
