Job Summary
This role leads the physical performance and data analysis strategy for Aston Villa’s Boys Academy Professional Development Phase. The post holder will turn multi-source physical performance data into applied insight, benchmark academy players against Premier League, Premier League 2, and First Team standards, develop visualisation tools, connect physical outputs to the technical and tactical context of the game, and support weekly periodisation decisions alongside the multidisciplinary team. The role also includes helping deliver or lead practical on-field sessions with the squad Physical Performance Coaches.
