Job Summary

Deliver strength and conditioning support to Western Force Super Rugby players with a particular focus on injured athletes progressing through return to performance. The role includes individualised programming, rehabilitation collaboration, speed and conditioning delivery, testing, monitoring and multidisciplinary work across the professional performance programme.

IUSCA IQF Classification

This role aligns with IQF Level 6 through autonomous design and delivery of individualised strength and conditioning programmes for professional rugby athletes, specialist return-to-performance responsibilities, collaboration with medical and rehabilitation staff, speed and conditioning programme delivery, athlete testing and monitoring, and integration with Super Rugby and Academy performance systems. A relevant degree and ASCA Level 2 accreditation are essential.

Salary and Role Alignment

Grey. Salary is not disclosed. This is a specialist Level 6 role in professional Super Rugby requiring a relevant degree, ASCA Level 2 accreditation, at least two years of professional rugby or comparable experience and substantial return-to-performance responsibility. IUSCA recommended minimum salary: AUD $100,000 per year.
