IUSCA IQF Classification

This role aligns with IQF Level 7 because it is second-in-command within the Performance function and leads the Club's Strength and Power Program for the inaugural NRL squad. The practitioner contributes to the performance philosophy, systems and operating frameworks, leads complex physical preparation and return-to-performance work, develops monitoring and workload-management systems, mentors emerging practitioners and provides senior leadership in the absence of the High Performance Manager.
