Job Summary
Provide specialist strength and conditioning support to CANSOFCOM personnel to optimise occupational readiness and physical performance. The role includes individual and group programming, return-to-duty support, advanced testing and monitoring, education, interdisciplinary working and development of operationally relevant high-performance services.

This role aligns with IQF Level 6 through evidence-informed individual and group S&C programming for high-readiness Canadian Special Operations Forces personnel, return-to-duty support, advanced physical testing, monitoring, education and interdisciplinary work alongside performance dietetics, mental performance, physiotherapy and medical professionals. A relevant bachelor's degree, CSCS and CSEP-CEP are required.
