Job Summary
Build and deliver the strength and conditioning programme for Major League Volleyball's new Los Angeles franchise, including year-round periodisation, individualised physical preparation, testing, workload monitoring, recovery, return-to-performance support and close collaboration with medical staff.

This role aligns with IQF Level 6 because it holds autonomous responsibility for building and delivering the physical performance programme for a new professional women's volleyball franchise. Duties include individual and team periodisation, performance testing, workload and recovery monitoring, return-to-performance progression, player education and integration with the medical team. A relevant bachelor's degree, recognised S&C credential and at least three years of experience are required.
