This role aligns with IQF Level 4 because practitioners assist with programming and lead delivery of athletic development content to defined junior representative squads while working closely with, and reporting directly to, the Head of Athletic Development and High Performance staff. The work includes athlete-load and wellness monitoring, programme-planning meetings, training and game-day delivery within the established Knights physical performance philosophy. Salary and Role Alignment
Red. The positions require three evenings per week in pre-season and three evenings plus game day in-season, with responsibility for athletic-development delivery and monitoring within a professional NRL pathway, yet remuneration is only described as an honorarium. The level of ongoing professional commitment and responsibility appears materially greater than the disclosed remuneration model would normally support.
