Job Summary
Deliver and support strength and conditioning provision across Lancashire Cricket's Boys Academy, EPP, pathway, second XI and senior men's squads. Responsibilities include physical preparation, match-day support, GPS and workload monitoring, recovery strategies, rehabilitation support and multidisciplinary collaboration.

This role aligns with IQF Level 6 because it requires autonomous strength and conditioning delivery across academy, pathway, second XI and senior environments, including programme design, GPS workload interpretation, rehabilitation support, recovery planning, athlete monitoring and multidisciplinary decision-making.
