Salary and Role Alignment
Green. The advertised USD $94,000 to $100,000 salary appears appropriately aligned with autonomous Level 6 practice for national and international athletes, multi-sport service delivery, scientific testing and interdisciplinary responsibility. The stated 15% target annual incentive and benefits strengthen the package, although camp and competition travel may extend working hours. Under the IUSCA IQF Role Classification & Salary Alignment methodology, this results in a Green rating.
