Job Summary
Lead high-performance delivery across either the Victorian Country or Metro talent pathway, overseeing physical preparation, practitioner capability, athlete testing and monitoring, State Academy activity, performance systems and alignment with AFL physical development standards.

This role aligns with IQF Level 7 because it leads and governs high-performance practice across multiple talent pathway environments, provides leadership and mentoring to regional high-performance staff, establishes consistency and accountability across programmes, oversees athlete testing and monitoring systems, coordinates State Academy and Combine activities, and manages relationships with multiple delivery partners. A relevant tertiary qualification is required and a master's degree is desirable rather than essential.
