Adam Feit appointed Partnership Director for IUSCA–AASP Collaboration

The International Universities Strength & Conditioning Association (IUSCA) is delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Feit, PhD, CSCS, SCCC, CMPC, as Partnership Director for IUSCA’s collaboration with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). This new role will drive joint initiatives that integrate sport psychology with strength and conditioning practice, supporting coaches, students, and practitioners with coordinated education, research, and professional development.

With nearly 20 years of coaching and teaching experience, Dr. Feit is Program Director of Exercise Science at Springfield College, where he teaches courses in strength and conditioning, sport psychology, sports nutrition, and facility management. He is also the co‑owner of TF Performance and serves as a mental performance coach for athletes ranging from youth to professional levels, including the AHL’s Springfield Thunderbirds and the Valley Blue Sox. His work uniquely integrates physical preparation and applied sport psychology to help athletes, students, and coaches unlock their full potential.
